Policies

1. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time. The studio doors will open 10-15 minutes before class start. The studio door locks right at class start time; please be on time! If you miss the class due to tardiness, we will do our best to move you to a different class. No refunds will be given.

2. Pre-registration is highly encouraged, but is not required. If we do not have at least one participant signed up 60 minutes in advance, the class will be cancelled.

3. Clients must cancel their class reservation at least 12 hours in advance of class start if they are unable to make it, otherwise they will incur a $25 no-show fee. Note: This applies to unlimited memberships as well! Texts, phone calls, and emails will not be accepted for cancellations; you are responsible for cancelling your own reservation. Note: no refunds will be given to the original form of payment. The class credit will go back onto studio account for future use. It does not expire.

4. No mat storage is available.
