Here’s what one amazing
cleanser had to say…

“What an amazing program. The carefully curated cleanse booklet led me through day by day and I always knew what I needed to focus on. The kitchari was easy to make and fun to customize. This is the first cleanse where I didn't feel famished - and ended with a complete set of self-care tools I can integrate into my everyday routine.”

Cleanse FAQs

Will I be hungry?

There is no calorie counting (or liquid dieting) on this cleanse. No famish here. Your food plan is clearly outlined for each phase, including what snacks are appropriate for those who like to graze between meals.

Do I eat food or is this a juice cleanse?

We like to chew food (and so does your metabolism). This is a whole foods cleanse. No juicing or fasting!

What is the eating regimen like on the cleanse?

The first Phase of the cleanse is all about easing in. In the second phase, we eat a mono-diet of Khichari for seven days. Khichari is a porridge-like dish that consists of mung beans, rice and spices and can be customized to your liking. It’s nourishing, easy-to-digest and gives your body a chance to detoxify without depriving yourself of nutrition! In phase three, we re-introduce whole foods and educate you Ayurvedic food principles to easily incorporate into your daily routine for optimum health. Recipes are included!

Can I do the cleanse if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please consult your doctor. Even if you skip the mono-diet in Phase II, there’s so much beneficial information to take-away from the program for new and expecting mothers.

What is the time commitment each day?

Part of a cleanse program is about slowing down. We encourage you to make the most out of this investment into yourself. Expect a few hours a day between journaling, preparing food, cooking and self-care practices.

What about protein? I am very active and fear that I won’t get enough?

Protein is hidden in so many foods included in this program. Khichari is a complete protein, made up of mung beans and rice. If you need to supplement, we recommend a high quality bone broth for additional protein.

Is this a one-size fits all program?

No! Individualism is at the heart of Ayurveda - we all have different constitutions and different needs - there is no one size fits all approach. This program is filled with information to help you understand YOUR constitution and needs and make the appropriate choices so you can feel your best!

Do I need to purchase anything specific?

Yes. Prior to the program beginning, you will receive your eBook with daily instructions, in addition to a preparation email that includes everything you need. Other than food, you will need to purchase a few items for self-care. Expect to spend ~$50 on supplies other than your food costs.

How do I prepare for the cleanse?

You will need to get some food and supplies to support your cleanse. Watch out for an email prior to the program beginning with a shopping list. If you are doing the cleanse on your own, a shopping list is included in your eBook.

I have food allergies and/or restrictions. Will I be able to successfully participate?

We are conscious of dietary restrictions throughout the program, including options for vegans. People tend to have the most success when they follow the program as closely as possible. With that being said, you are welcome to adjust it to meet your needs, however I cannot guarantee the same results. If you have a specific question or concern, drop me a line or comment in the FB group and I am happy to help you make a decision.

How is this different from other cleanse programs?

This cleanse is based on the principles of Ayurveda - an ancient science that has immense modern-day benefits. It’s not a “one size fits all” approach like many other modern fad or crash diets that are not sustainable long-term. This program is designed to turn the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic living into modern, digestible pieces for you to enhance your overall well-being. Ayurveda is more of a lifestyle than a fad or a diet. The smallest shifts can bring the biggest rewards!

I’m not very good in the kitchen. Can I still succeed?

Absolutely. The recipes are simple to follow and for the most part, do not require excessive time in the kitchen. We encourage you to take this as an opportunity to explore the many different ways in which you can nourish yourself - including taking part in the preparation of what you’re putting in your body!

A note from Jenni

I’ve been on this journey to elevated living for over a decade. The practices of Yoga and Ayurveda remind me daily that slowing down is the only way to speed up.

The life we seek is available to us when we are able to get out of our own way, and follow our inner guidance.

This process is not without challenge, but is filled with reward and breakthroughs to get closer to your inner spring of wellbeing.
